He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Alfred Horne, Sr. and Lucille Davis Horne; and his brothers, Robert Alfred Horne, Jr. and Jack Norman Horne. He is survived by: his wife Alisah Blevins Horne; his sister Barbara Horne Roberts (Walt) of Greensboro; and his pet Chip. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
