She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Rutherford and Rosa Reigler Rutherford; her husband Andrew Duncan Jr.; and her daughter Susan Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Rossalyn Duncan of Wilkesboro, Angela Fye (Nate) of North Wilkesboro and Jeffrey Duncan (Vanessa) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Karlie Dula, Austin Church, Alex Church (Cheyenne), Dylan Dula (Courtney), Jade Duncan and Rylan Fye; her great grandchildren, Kamryn Dula, Alora Bledsoe, Dyllon Dula and Andrew Church; and her brother Hermann Horner of Germany.
