He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Boles. He is survived by: his parents, Sylvia Gentry Boles of Wilkesboro and Teddy Leon Boles, Sr. of Wilkesboro; and his siblings, Teddy Boles, Jr. (Sherri) of Oregon, Elizabeth Ferguson of Roaring River, Dora Campbell of Mocksville, Ronald Boles (Roxanne) of Moravian Falls and Linda Garner of Wilkesboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
