She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Monroe and Virginia "Genie" Wood Adams; and her siblings, Joyce Atwood, Carol Stroud, Roby Adams of Wayne Adams, J. D and Dean Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Lester Joe Hendren; and her sister Bobbie Benge (William) of Millers Creek. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
