It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ambrose Byrd of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Blevins Byrd; his daughter Tonya Byrd Larison; his grandson Johnathan Larison; and his siblings, Ruth Johnson, Lola Dancy, Ellen Roope, Lawrence Byrd, Tommy Byrd and Larry Byrd.
He is survived by: his son Kevin Byrd of Wilkesboro; and his grandchildren, Hailie Byrd, Christopher Byrd and Alexander Larison.
