She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Deweese; and her father Harry. She is survived by: her granddaughter Sarah Deweese; her great grandchild River Bowling; and her children, Becky McGaha, Kathy Nix (Robert) and Randy Deweese (Stephanie). She is also survived by grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burningtown Baptist Church (446 Burningtown Baptist Church Rd, Franklin, NC 28734). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the Burningtown Baptist Church Cemetery (446 Burningtown Baptist Church Rd, Franklin, NC 28734).
