He is survived by: his wife Teresa Reardon Copeland; his children, Lori Copeland Biggs (Dusty) of Williamston, NC and Carl Sherwood Copeland (Joy) of Wilson, NC.; and his grandchildren, Natalie Odessa Copeland (Boss), Allison Grace Copeland (Butterball) and Dusty Gene Biggs Jr. (Shadow).
