It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chandler Dowdy Manning (Williamston, North Carolina), born in Greenville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Darrell "Sug", Dorothy "Dot" Manning and Rankin Dowdy. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Manning and Luann Manning; his sister MaryCharles Manning; and his grandmother Susie Dowdy of Williamston. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family request that masks are worn, and they will be practicing social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Zoe Freedom Center's Greenville NC Fund via 928 Bragg Road Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
