He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Peterson Minshew and David Elmer Minshew. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Dana Minshew Whitley (David) of Charlotte, Mark Minshew (Kristen) of Raleigh and Cole Minshew (Breanna) of Washington; his grandchildren, Trey, Landon, Caden Whitley, Worth, Noah Minshew, Avery Minshew and Hudson Minshew; and his siblings, Bunny Miles and Barry Minshew of Florence, SC..
