He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tilghman "Duke" and Nellie Baker Lilley. He is survived by: his wife Millie Weatherly Lilley; his daughters, Crystal Lilley Grant (Spencer) of Greenville and Kimi Lilley Norris (Chris) of Washington; his brothers, Kenneth Lilley (Beverly) of Winterville and Alan Lilley (Katherine) of Winterville; and his grandchildren, Carter, Hudson Grant and Abby Norris Bowen (Aaron).
