He is survived by: his siblings, Melinda Whitehurst (Donnie), Kenny "Catfish" Rogers (Kathy), Judy Batts (Bebo), Susie Bullock (Keith), Mike and Amy Mohn (Mike); his uncle Jeff; and also, Donnie, Kristy Rogers and Andy.
