He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Lee and Mary Lee; and his siblings, Margaret Brown, Essie Blalock, Patricia Griffin, Lonnie Lee and Carlies Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Amy J. Lee of Covington, Louisiana and Allen W. Lee (Elizabeth) of Princeton; his brothers, Ray Lee of Williamston, Donnie Lee (Sheila) of Williamston, Roy Lee (Joyce) of Williamston, David Lee (Lynn) of Williamston, Bennett Lee of Williamston, Paul Lee (Sheila) of Williamston, Benjamin Lee of Plymouth and Frank Lee (Charlene) of Greenville; and his siblings-in-law, Victor Griffin, Faye Lee and Connie Lee.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Wilkerson's Funeral Home (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858).
