He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Teeter and Sylvia R. Teeter of Livingston; and his siblings, Betty Teeter Mann and Vernon C. Teeter. He is survived by: his wife Pearl B. Teeter of Williamston; and his children, Fred Williams (Carolyn), Mike Williams (Beverly) and Tammy Perry (Jim). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the First Christian Church (101 E Liberty St, Williamston, NC 27892).
