She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edwin Rogers Jr. and Beatrice "Jeanne" Rogers; her husband William Staton Peele; and her brothers, Charles "Tracy" Edwin Rogers III and Jeffrey (Hughes Rogers).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Conigliaro (Giovanni) and Cyndy Price (Alfred Jr.); her stepchildren, Kevin Peele (Denise) and Jennifer Billings (Chris); her siblings, Jaynel Holliday (Mike) and John Rogers; and her sister-in-law Gloria Rogers. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
