She is survived by: her children, James T. Perry, Jr. (Tammy Williams Perry) and Miriam Perry Dennis (Ed Dennis); her grandsons, Cameron Edward Dennis and James Matthew Perry (Mary Scott Perry); her great grandchild Warren Scott Perry; her extended family Danny Griffin; and her caregivers, Martha Ann Clagon and Helene Walker.
