She was predeceased by : her parents, Herburt C. Mizelle and Allie P. Mizelle (Rusell Lilley); her stepson Rusty Lilley; her brother James Fenton Mizelle; and her nephew Bobby Mizelle.

She is survived by : her stepdaughter-in-law Donna Lilley; her stepgranddaughter Samantha Hoggard (Aaron); her niece Cindy Flahardy; and her great-niece Wendy VanLandingham (Eliza Waters). She is also survived by friends, neighbors, and caregivers.
