He was predeceased by: his significant other Joanne Francis; his mother Patricia Wiggins; his stepfather Timothy Wiggins; his father Franklin Francis; his stepmother Elaine Francis; his sister Mary Costanzo; his brother-in-law Jim Salva; and his grandparents, Kathleen and Paul Hesse.

He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Francis, Colleen Matson (Erik) and Lisa Jones (Alex Cox); his grandchildren, Jason Spruill, Selena Jones and Kash Cox; his sisters, Linda Williams, Pamela Powers, Kim Mayorga and Gayle Rizzo (Carl Rizzo); and his sister-in-law Julie DiFederico. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
