He was predeceased by : his parents, Adelina Barbieri Petruzzo and Giovanni Battista Petruzzo; and his nephew Giovanni Battista. He is survived by : his siblings, Margherita Fiorentino, Filomena D'Amato, Felice Petruzzo and Mario Petruzzo; his wife Valeria Punoš Petruzzo; his children, Ketylina Petruzzo DeRenzis (Joseph DeRenzis), Gianni Antonio Petruzzo (Amarilis Chacin Petruzzo) and Mariana Petruzzo Hoffman (Jarod Hoffman); and his grandchildren, Antonio, Maria, Valeria, Raffaele, Francesco, Alessandra DeRenzis, Anna Chiara, Annabella Petruzzo, Lacy, Vittoria Petruzzo, Emma, Ava and Oliver Hoffman. He is also survived by many aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces; nephews; great nieces; and great nephews.
