He is survived by: his parents, Randolph "Scott" McNeely and Effie "Anne" Smith McNeely of Willow Spring, NC; his children, Liam Alexander McNeely and Caroline Grace McNeely of Willow Spring, NC; his brother Christopher Smith (Emily); his aunt Susie Smith (Mama Jeanie Adkins) of Willow Spring, NC; the mother of his children Dana; his close friends, Vince Tolotta and Juston Blue; and his friend Lance Page. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins.
