He is survived by: his mother Esther Fox Mills; his wife Wendy Clayton Mills; his children, Jennifer Mills, Jonathan Mills and Lucas Mills; his grandchildren, Rebecca-Lynn Holmes, Meadow Holmes, Fletcher Holmes, Esther Holmes, Jonathan Mills, Gracie Mills, Leon Mills and Ramona Mills; and his siblings, Diane Porterfield Cox, Joyce Ann "Penny" Perkins, Barbara "Cookie" Woodley, Joseph Keyser and Curtis Mills.
