He is survived by : his wife Rose Johnson Hampton; his children, Keith Hampton (Debbie) of Rolesville, Lynn Thomas (Jon) of Lillington, Tamara Carr of Garner, Kevin Nunnery (Ashley) of Youngsville, Brian Crocker (Michelle) of Virginia Beach, Curtis Staggs of Spartanburg and Kathryn Westcott (Michael) of Snow Camp; his grandchildren, Jessica Eubanks (Timothy), Kristin Walczak, Alex Carr (Jane), Amy Collins (Shawn), Josh Nunnery, Nathaniel Thomas, Brendon, Jacob Crocker, Courtney, Christopher and Cooper Westcott; his great grandchildren, Skye, Cheyenne, Kayla, Storm and Chance; his niece Tina; and his nephew Jeff Atkins Wake Forest.
