He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sharon Stout; his children, Jason Stout (Alison), Kristen Guthrie (Webster) and Jami Kelley (Justin); his siblings, David Stout and Anna Matthews; his grandchildren, Molly, Madeline, Bailey, Eli and Londyn; his parents, Howard Stout and Betty Stout; and his son Joel Stout.
