We are sad to announce that, on June 8, 2023, at the age of 76, Allen James Garner of Wilmington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman James Garner and Lettie Katherine Sanderson Garner; and his siblings, Terry Franklin Garner and Alice Fay Martin. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Garner; his children, David Allen Garner and Sheila Ann Garner Watts; his brother Simeon Garner; his grandchildren, Katherine Yvonne Gurganus (Kenneth), Emily Frances Benton, Christopher Wayne Watts and Johnathon James Watts (Bethany); his great grandchildren, Damon, Aiden, Damien, Bryson, Joshua, Makenzie and Hayden; and his pet Teddy.
