He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradford Bruce Watts and Annie Rogers Watts; and his siblings, Lila Mae "Judy" Watts Newell, Richard Watts, John Roland "J. R." Watts, Hannah Watts Byrd, Bruce Watts, Joyce Watts Mathis, Olive Watts Jarrell, Oscar Rudolph Watts and Nellie Watts Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Alberta Crase Watts; his children, Belinda Watts Fisscher (Rolf Fisscher) and Bradford Lee Watts (Julie Foley Watts); his grandchildren, Rachel Fisscher Bohannon, Olivia Fisscher, Benjamin Watts, Margaret Watts and Elise Watts; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Bohannon and Matthew Bohannon.
