She was predeceased by: her husband Dallas Deleon Mills; her parents, Ena Doreen Register and Leslie Roy Dunsford; her brother John Colin Register; and her great grandchild Mark Roy Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Mills, Keith Mills, Kelly Mills and Karen Noviki. She is also survived by her family, friends, colleagues, students, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Masonboro Baptist Church (1501 Beasley Rd, Wilmington, NC 28409).
In lieu of flowers, Ann requested that memorial donations be made to the Masonboro Baptist Church Cemetery Committee.
