Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Anna Simmonds of Wilmington, North Carolina, born in Peekskill, New York, who passed away at the age of 90, on August 6, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sante and Margherita Franchi of Soriano; her husband Thomas W. Simmonds; her sisters, Paula Capuozzo and Angela Cerrone; and her son-in-law Bill Underwood.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bill Underwood (Britt), Matthew Underwood, Suzanne Price (Jim), Julie Richardson (Tim), Jennifer Underwood, Thomas Simmonds, Jameson Simmonds, Tyler Simmonds, Thomas Yetman (Amanda), Lauren Hoffman (Jeremy), Ryan Yetman (Casey) and Amanda Yetman; and her great grandchildren, Queenie, Alice, Lyra Price, Milo Richardson, Milana Simmonds, Leighton, Greyson and Ruston Yetman. She is also survived by her four children, twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
