She is survived by: her husband Dale Robert Lengkeek of Queen's Medical Center; her children, Dana Marie, Jeffrey (Marguerite), Christopher and James; her grandchildren, Ryan, Sawyer and Joshua Lengkeek; her siblings, Mary Dana Mahoney, William Mahoney (Nancy) and John Mahoney (Ann); and her sisters-in-law, Jean Mahoney and Mary Mahoney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
