She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Baker Burr Frazer and Harold Lee Burr. She is survived by: her siblings, Beverly Hughes (ER), Rebecca Perez (John) and Harold L. Burr, Jr. (Melinda); her stepfather Lowell Frazer; and her aunt Wanda Montgomery. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pine Valley Methodist Church (3788 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28403). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
