He was predeceased by: his father James Robert Manuel; and his brother Soo Young Shin. He is survived by: his wife Eileen R. Manuel; his children, Ashley Biggers (Andy), Tracy Bowie, Terri Martin (Travis) and James "Drew" Manuel; his stepchildren, Erin Brennan (Liam), Josh Murphy and Ryan Murphy (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Kain, Chloe, Wyatt, Hudson, Jack, Nathan, Lyla and Killian; his mother Inae Lee Manuel; and his brothers, Steve Manuel (Sandy) and Jim Manuel (Irene). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
