He was predeceased by: his mother Yvonne Marie "Bunny" Chinnis Marshburn. He is survived by: his father Carl Browning Marshburn III; his brother Daren Marshburn; his niece Sable Marshburn; and his aunts, Anne Stephens of Wilmington and Susan Snakenburg of Oak Island.
