It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ulmer Cadogan of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ulmer and Helen Ulmer. She is survived by: her husband Dermot; her siblings, Linda and Bill; her children, Cindy and Craig; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Maddy and Olivia.
