She was predeceased by: her mother Perilla Meadows; her husband Willie Chadwick Sr.; her son Willie Chadwick Jr. (Robert Langley); and her siblings, Laura, Winifred and George.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia C. Langley (Harry) and Calvin Chadwick (Peggy); her daughter-in-law Darlene Chadwick; her stepdaughters, Robbie and Gwen (Sidney); her grandchildren, Damian (Angie), Kelsi, Corey (Dana), Dollita (Kevin), Calvin Jr. (Kayla), Enid, Erica and Dara; and her great grandchildren, Chris, Brandon (Mia), Kayla and Tristan. She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
