He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Charles O. Boyette. He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Missy" Boyette; his children, Ryan Boyette (Veronica), Alissa Boyette and Bryson Boyette; his mother Alleyne Boyette; his sisters, Marie Cristiano, Cherryl Boyette and Carla Boyette; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Linda McCall, Dennis McCall, George and Nancy Cockrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and beloved family members.
