It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Michael Packer of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Herbert Packer and Leola Shepard Packer; and his siblings, Ronald Packer and Ramona Calarco. He is survived by : his daughters, Sharon Maultsby (Brandon), Terry Lane and Rhonda Packer; and his sister Donna Askew. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (1311 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412).
