She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Devol and Ina Devol; and her husband John F. Phillips. She is survived by: her sister Sharon Brown; her children, Joe Phillips and Jennifer Bundgaard (Dan); her niece Michelle Mang (James); her grandchildren, Jessica Martin (Colin) and Neil Phillips; her daughter-in-law Eileen Phillips; her great grandchildren, Rett and Nora; her nephews, James, Barry and David; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Miranda, Susana, Christen, Katie, Brandon and Ryan. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the John F. and Constance Phillips Scholarship Fund at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
