With solemn reverence, we commemorate Constance Kay Phillips of Wilmington, North Carolina, whose life came to an end on July 20, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Devol and Ina Devol; and her husband John F. Phillips. She is survived by: her sister Sharon Brown; her children, Joe Phillips and Jennifer Bundgaard (Dan); her niece Michelle Mang (James); her grandchildren, Jessica Martin (Colin) and Neil Phillips; her daughter-in-law Eileen Phillips; her great grandchildren, Rett and Nora; her nephews, James, Barry and David; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Miranda, Susana, Christen, Katie, Brandon and Ryan. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Andrews Valley Chapel (4108 College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28412). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 11:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the John F. and Constance Phillips Scholarship Fund at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
