With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Crawford Lockwood of Wilmington, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dale may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dale touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father George Marrow Crawford Jr.; her husband Richard Lockwood; her sons, Drew (Stacey) and David (Jennifer); her granddaughters, Olivia, Marianna and Sophia; and her pets, Lincoln and Garfield. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
