He is survived by: his daughters, Anita Anne Ohashi (David Burfield) and Mary Helen Ohashi of State College; his grandchild Page Barnett Kanagy of Halifax; his former wife Julianne Prichard Ohashi; his niece Victoria Shivley; his great-nephew Robert Landon Shivley; his nephew Bob Demaree; and his close friend David.
In recognition of his contributions to teaching, research, and the university community, Campbell University named him Professor Emeritus.
