She was predeceased by : her parents, Foy Luther Morris and Nettie Lou Hill Morris. She is survived by : her husband Eddie Ramsey; her sisters, Sheila Bobo (Tammy Rogers) of Wilmington and Rosalyn Trogdon (Darrell) of Badin Lake; her stepdaughter Julie Ramsey of Greensboro; her niece Amanda Beaman (Riley) of Mt Gilead; and her nephew Bryan Trogdon (Joy) of Asheboro. She is also survived by 1 great-niece, 6 great-nephews, and a granddaughter.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Valley Chapel (4108 College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28412). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Debbie's memory may be made to American Red Cross or Lower Cape Fear Life Care of Wilmington.
