He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Wilson Lancaster and Jessie Anna Lienau. He is survived by: his wife Eugenie Leah Goodman; and his daughters, Tracey Kruger (Michael), Alicia (Lucas) and Nicole Lancaster. He is also survived by friends, and caregivers.
