He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Johnson and Ethel Yondo Johnson; his brothers, John P Johnson, Jr. (Charlotte) and Robert Johnson; his sister-in-law Dr. Nancy Crewe; and his stepmothers, Anne Farley and Belle Savage.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Moe Johnson; his children, Michael Johnson (Konni) and Jennifer Bunecke (Steve); his siblings-in-law, Janet Johnson and Rev. John Moe (Grace); and his grandchildren, Sophia, Jonathan, Alyssa and Peyton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
