It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie Watson Williams of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Williams; her grandson Wes Craver; and her siblings, Archie Watson, George Watson, Ruth Howell, Frances Tisdale and Rosa Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, William "Billy" H. Lee, Jr. (Judy) of Rock Hill, SC, Janet Love Lee Craver (Bob) of Jamestown, NC and Sarah Catherine Lee of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Heather Lee and Courtney Lee; and her great grandchild Sophia Coleman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
