Elizabeth L. Simpkins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth L. Simpkins (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 23, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lurix and Emma Lurix; her close friend Clinton T. Robie; her siblings, Walter Lurix and Harriet Schwable; and her nephews, Richard and Wayne Lurix.
She is survived by: her nephew David Lurix (Sheila). She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Elizabeth's family has requested donations be made in her honor to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Services of Wilmington (https://lifecare.org).
