She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Alexander Lowrance and Mildred Lorene Alexander Lowrance; her husband Gary Winfred Phifer; and her brother Terry Lowrance. She is survived by: her children, Darren Phifer (Lee Anna) and Rita P. Beckwith (David); her sister Sylvia Motsinger; her sister-in-law Judy Ernull; her grandchildren, David Beckwith (Katherine), Marlo Phifer and Autumn Phifer; her great grandchild Scarlett Beckwith; and her nephews, Ray Motsinger and Earl Motsinger.
