She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard C. Lyle and Aphra Bullard Lyle; and her husband David Hightower. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Hightower (Maura), Kenneth Hightower (Renee) and Diane Hightower (Lisa). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
