He was predeceased by: his parents, Eudie Carrie Herring, Sr. and Betty Balkcum Herring; and his sister Bernice Rowe. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Tina St. Pierre, Gina Hesse, David Rowe, Doug Rowe and John Rowe. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews; many extended family and good friends.
