She was predeceased by: her parent Edell Pridgen; her husband David Alton "Pee Wee" Bellamy; her son David Earl Bellamy; her daughter-in-law Lauren Bellamy; her grandsons, Wayne Gainous Jr. and Paul Ford; her great grandchildren, Thomas Tufano and Billy Stephenson; and her siblings, Margaret, Arvela, Elizabeth, Mary, Alex, Johnny, Jack and Steve.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Henderson, Eunice Smith (Donald), Alton Bellamy (Debbie) and Joseph Bellamy; her daughter-in-law Lee Bellamy; and her grandchildren, Krista Dobson (Walter), Christine Packer, Colleen Hewett (Randy), Sharon Tufano (John), Amy Westbrook (Jason), Elissa Taper (Colin), Charlene Ford, Donald Smith Jr. (Lucy), Chris Bellamy (Brenda) and David Smith (Jesse). She is also survived by 33 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
