She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Willard Horrell and Nellie Naomi Carter Horrell; her husband Jesse Leverne Costin; and her siblings, Carl Horrell and Carolyn Woodcock.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Costin (Betsy), Gay Johnson (Roy) and Camille Harrell (Randy); her grandchildren, Andrea Costin (Tripp), Jared Johnson (Ivy), Jessica Blansett (Craven), Chase Harrell and Mackenzie Harrell; her great grandchildren, Banks Strickland, Finlee Johnson, Reynolds Johnson, Caison Blansett and Grayson Harrell; and her siblings, Janice Rich, Phyllis Strickland and Wayne Horrell (Bonnie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
