With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Musser of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on April 19, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Charley" Musser Sr.; her son Charles "Cam" Musser Jr.; her parents, Ella and Garry; and her siblings, Gary and Tillie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anne and Sallye; and her sister Connie. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
