It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin S. Skinner of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Andrews Mortuary - Valley Chapel (4108 College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28412).
