He is survived by: his children, Kristen Voglewede (Ben), Andrew Zell (Sara) and Brian Zell (Meredith); his grandchildren, Carlin, Emery Voglewede, Maggie and Tate Zell; his pets, Rocky, Whiskey and Natty; and his brother Mike Zell.
